The card contains an NFC chip with a short MyNFC link. When a customer holds a phone near the card, the phone opens that link, and MyNFC sends the customer to the destination you chose, such as your Google review page, Instagram or WhatsApp.
No. iPhone XS and newer and most Android phones with NFC turned on open the link without any app. The customer only needs an internet connection.
Both open the same destination. NFC works with a tap, QR works with the phone camera, which helps customers whose phone has no NFC. MyNFC counts NFC taps and QR scans separately so you can see which one customers use.
Yes. The card always points to MyNFC first, never directly to another site. You change the destination in the dashboard and the next tap opens the new one, without reprogramming or replacing the card.
Basic is free forever with every physical product. If an optional paid subscription expires, only paid features end; NFC, QR, the MyNFC page, destination changes and 30-day activity totals keep working. Choose monthly or annual billing for Insights, Growth or Business.
Every card includes the essentials. Premium tiers add optional services: Insights (advanced analytics and CSV export), Growth (activity alerts, weekly reports, business actions) and Business (branch comparison and team management). You request a tier in your dashboard and our team activates it after confirming the terms with you. Google review monitoring and feedback analysis are marked "needs connection" and are not available yet.
MyNFC counts how many times a card link was opened, split into NFC and QR, how many times the MyNFC page loaded and which buttons were followed. Each number is labelled verified, estimated or not available. Visits are estimated per day without cookies and are not a count of people. Bots, link previews and quick repeats are not counted.
No. MyNFC does not identify people and never links a specific tap to a specific review. It can show that taps and reviews changed over the same period, but not that one caused the other.
When it launches, you will connect your Google Business Profile with Google's official sign-in. MyNFC will then read your reviews and rating through Google's official API, without scraping, and show them next to your card activity. You can disconnect at any time. It is not available yet.

Yes. One business account can hold many cards, group them by location and send each card to its own destination.
Metal surfaces can weaken standard NFC tags. For metal installation, use an anti-metal NFC tag or a spacer.
