From physical tap to digital action in seconds.

How it works

From the counter to the dashboard.

1. 01

Your NFC device receives a MyNFC short link

   Example: https://mynfc.am/t/A82KQ

The NFC tag does not need to store your Google, Instagram or WhatsApp URL directly.

2. 02

   A customer taps the device

Compatible phones can read the NFC tag without installing a MyNFC app.

3. 03

   MyNFC resolves the experience

MyNFC checks the active device configuration and sends the customer to the correct direct action or landing page.

4. 04

Analytics are recorded without slowing the redirect

Tap analytics are processed asynchronously so the customer experience stays fast.

5. 05

You manage everything from the dashboard

Change destinations, activate or deactivate cards, organize locations and review engagement data without replacing the physical device.
